[Bug 460026] [NEW] Configuration files always are saved to ~/Documents

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wine

I run a Chromatron game which is a single exe file, but it writes its
configuration file to chroma.dat. In Hardy it got written to $HOME; now
to $HOME/Documents. However, I set up "My Documents" etc. in Wine
configuration to subfolders of ~/.wine/drive_c directory.

I definitely do *NOT* want Wine to write anything to my ~/Documents
directory as it servers me for different purposes.
