[Bug 459482] [NEW] Outgoing Products generated many times when performing a partial payment

To reproduce:
1. Create a Sales Order With the option to ship after payment has been completed
2. Make few times partial payments to the generated invoice

Result:
Outgoing Products are generated as often as you make partial payments, which will result in a wrong shipping procedure.
