[Bug 458936] [NEW] Openbox does not close applications properly on exit

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openbox

If I have e.g. Firefox or Claws Mail running when I exit openbox, some
read mails appear unread next time I use Claws Mail and Firefox
complains that it was closed unexpectedly or something like that, when I
start it next time. I don't have this problem with Xfce desktop
environment.
