I don't know why you can not report a bug here if you don't use the
official ubuntu version :) : https://bugs.launchpad.net/cairo-dock-core

But about your strange bug can you do that :
  * Use our stable repositories ( http://www.cairo-dock.org/ww_page.php?p=Accueil&lang=en#0-Installation ) or our weekly build ppa ( https://launchpad.net/~cairo-dock-team/+archive/weekly ) because you have a mix of versions (see your debug) and it's really not advised :) . Than restart Cairo-Dock
  * If you have this bug again, launch Cairo-Dock with :
       $ cairo-dock -m
    and disable all plug-ins that are on a desklet mode.
  * If you have this bug again, can you save your theme and try another ? If there was a bug with your theme can you post it here ?
  * If you have this bug again, can you launch cairo-dock with :
      $ cairo-dock -o -T -l debug > ~/cairo-dock-bug.txt
    and post this new file in your home.
