just do it. in spite of the last "Error connecting to Launchpad: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error
You have to allow "Change anything" privileges."(look output and screenshot) message i can see in https://edge.launchpad.net/~harrykar/+oauth-tokens that apport-collect is reautorized
