Same on fully updated/upgraded karmic...

ubuntu at ubuntu:~$ apt-cache policy zsync

The dl of dvd stuck at same file size:

2147483647 2009-10-21 20:58 karmic-dvd-amd64.iso.part
2147483647 2009-10-22 07:45 karmic-dvd-i386.iso.part
