Public bug reported:

I've been using Uubuntu 9.04 since its release and now I have a problem.
When using the desktop for a long time the taskbars freeze when I click
on the calendar. Then, nothing work on the bars, like windows switching
(I used ALT+TAB instead), show desktop icon, menus, volume control,
quick launch icons and all programs in tray, like Pidgin. The unique
different thing that I did was the installation of Ubuntu-one client and
Dropbox. My system is up to date (today, 20-10-2009). I restarted the
computer and it works fine after that.
