Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: lksctp-tools
erlang build-depends (and depends) on lksctp-tools for SCTP support.
Since dropping SCTP support from erlang would be an API change, I don't
think we can reasonably do that this close to release, so we need to try
to vet this for inclusion in main instead.
