The best reason I have is the following one: plee-the-bear 0.2.1 does
build on Debian but does not run due to an update of boost packages,
causing this bug report [1] which has been closed by introducing the
newest release. I even think that it does not run in Intrepid but I
can't test right now. 0.4.1 builds well on Debian and has been recently
introduced in testing [2].

If it's not enough, the game had a lot of improvements between 0.2.1 and
0.4.1 [3] :)

Moreover, updating this package and libclaw together has no influence on
anything else, so it won't break anything.
