This is probably a repeat of the notifications bug which I'm not sure the number
of at the moment. Could you try disabling notifications (right click on tray
icon and uncheck show notifications) and see if it still occurs?

Also, please state what notification daemon you are using. If you don't know,
please install d-feet, open it and search for org.freedesktop.Notifications in
the session bus and state what's displayed in the "Command Line" field.
Alternatively, run the command (all in one line) below and paste the output.

dbus-send --session --dest=org.freedesktop.Notifications --print-reply
/org/freedesktop/Notifications org.freedesktop.Notifications.GetServerInformation
