[Bug 438790] Re: gnome-shell crashed with GError in launch_component()

I duplicated this by:

 - starting gnome-shell with "gnome-shell --replace"
 - starting gtk-recordmydesktop

At this point the top bar disappeared. Started gnome-system-monitor to
kill gtk-record-my-desktop. Desktop recorder stopped, but the bar is
still missing.

Dunno why, but I attempted "gnome-shell --replace" again. Got booted
back to login at this point and asked to file a bug report by apport
after login.
