[Bug 450367] [NEW] cannot tcdecode A52 files

Binary package hint: transcode

If I try to decode a A52 encoded file:

tcdecode -i *.ac3 -x a52

I get this message

[tcdecode] critical: (pid=30683) unable to handle codec a52

although I installed the extra packages:
