[Bug 449160] [NEW] Sound stutters in VLC, although resources usage is not high

Binary package hint: vlc

Sound in VLC stutters (there is a short break every few seconds), even
though the app takes only up to 20% CPU (which seems too high, as I have
fast Core2 Duo P8600, but it shouldn't cause this problem). It makes
this program unusable.
