[Bug 448738] [NEW] Please sync libbsd-arc4random-perl 1.41-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libbsd-arc4random-perl

As discussed in IRC: karmic has 1.3 which FTBFS due to a change in the
more recent libbsd versions (which it links against), 1.41 works. It builds
from unmodified Debian sources just fine.

I’ve tested this in a karmic chroot a-g d-u’d just now, even with an
application actually using this Perl module.
