Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: grub2

I did not look at the source for grub2

I am using Karmic Koala with the grub2 updated yesterday

grub2 creates entries for both Mandriva and Mandriva beta (both on my
PC) but they don't work. I didn't photograph the error message but it's
something about not liking the choice of vga (not deregulated or
degenerated but something like that).

if grub2 doesn't like that choice, couldn't it pick an alternative or
just drop it?

What I expected: an entry with Mandriva in the title that actually
booted Mandriva

What happened: an entry with linux in the title that fails to boot
Mandriva
