When I click on the Help->Report Bugs menu entry, the following URL is
loaded by firefox:

  http://bugzilla.gnome.org/simple-bug-guide.cgi

and the resulting page contains the following error message:

Not Found
The requested URL /simple-bug-guide.cgi was not found on this server.
