[Bug 447959] [NEW] Window size in unr is a half of the normal and cant resize or move ad a resize metod

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The window size is more little may be a half of the normal, threre are
not minimize or resize or close button, and in f11 metod neither resize
to fit the monitor,  there are no form to move the windows because there
are not title bar.

Neither let focus in back windows.
