[Bug 447793] [NEW] Recompile Qjackctl against libqt4 >= 4.5.0

Binary package hint: qjackctl

Qjackctl has no "close" buttons in any of it's windows. Upstream bug
report states that this is because it's compiled against libqt4 < 4.5.0,
and that recompiling against >= 4.5.0 will fix the problem:
