[Bug 447782] [NEW] installing crossvc doesn't add menu item

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: crossvc

sudo apt-get install crossvc

results in no new menu item in Applications->Programming. Launching
crossvc from a shell works fine, but there was a menu item added
automatically in Jaunty IIRC.
