[Bug 447345] [NEW] not multihead aware

Binary package hint: mail-notification

I have a dual screen setup.  I discovered that mail-notification is not
multihead aware, i.e if - being in the secondary screen - I try to
launch it thru Applications -> Internet-> Mail Notification, it will
always pop up in the first screen.
