[Bug 447124] [NEW] vlc build in karmic needs recent commits to fix wma decoding regression issue

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vlc

Vlc in karmic is not working with certain wma files which it could
handle in the version in Jaunty. For example, Sirius internet radio
streaming, which worked before upgrading to karmic, fails to open and
play with the new vlc.

This commit seems to fix the problem:
