I have this same problem -it makes browsing with firefox in 9.04 very
unpleasant. You cannot use the scroll wheel reliably to read a page as
it will jump forward or back a search page if the right and / or left
arrow keys in the top left of the firefox windows are enabled. If they
are not the problem does not occur as there is not a page to jump
forward or backward to...
