[Bug 445949] [NEW] Title bar doesn't always change when switching tabs

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Sometimes when I switch tabs, the title bar at the very top doesn't
change to reflect the new tab, and instead still displays the title of
the last active tab.  This is fixed by minimizing then maximizing
Firefox or switching tabs.
