Unfortunately, upstream does not provide a changelog. The main difference to version 0.4.0 is the support of the RDP version 6 protocol. This was introduced in Windows XP Servicepack 3 and Vista.

I have installed the 0.4.1 version on my Gentoo box and it works flawlessly.
