Binary package hint: phpmyadmin

Using Jaunty Jackalope latest update, intallation with synaptic of phpmyadmin, crash into let dbadmin configure database.
changing database language phpmyadmin crash, no reinstall solves problem, no changin user/pass solves, no deleting all configuration files solves it ... 
Reading much information but all i have tried crash.
