[Bug 445486] [NEW] setting manager unusable

Binary package hint: audacious

the setting manager isn't changable in the height and the category-icons are very big, so you can't use it with an resolution of 1024*600 or lower (the most netbooks have)...
and if you enable an addon like the last.fm addon (this gots an extra-icon/category) the problem get much higher... its unusable
