[Bug 445120] [NEW] firefox ignores address bar search settings

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Firefox always change name of server by adding .com at the end of the
name if name is only one word. It make impossible to use firefox in
local network. Changing search engine parameters (keyword.URL,
keyword.enabled) do not affect search.
