[Bug 445046] [NEW] New song notification bubble missing "by" between title and artist

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: banshee

The notify-osd bubble that pops up when banshee changes to a new song
concatenates the song title with the artist with no separator. For
instance, the currently playing song shows up as "My Friends Red Hot
Chili Peppers" instead of "My Friends by Red Hot Chili Peppers".
