Public bug reported:

Konsole in KDE4 is broken in regards to the ability to send input to all
sessions. The lack of that ability eliminates konsole's usefulness for
remote administration of batches of computers, such classrooms and labs.

Versions up to KDE4 included this, is there an add-on that restores this
function? If not, then please restore it.
