[Bug 419363] Re: jhbuild is heavily outdated, update it

It breaks builds such as gtk-doc.

There's no "install-check" binary installed in /usr/bin (which is
required, at least by clutter[1]). So I concur, an upgrade is in order
to skip issues with other jhbuild-built packages.
