I have a HP Mini 1010nr with the Broadcom 4312 wifi card.  I see this
too, to get it to work, I had to put in the install CD and add it as a
source in Synaptic.  Then I installed bcmwl-kernel-source (which will
install dkms, fakeroot and something else).  This let me start using my
4312 in 9.10 beta.
