When enabling SVG support according to the instructions here:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Image_Administration#SVG

The error:

Fatal error: Class 'XmlTypeCheck' not found in
/usr/share/mediawiki/includes/SpecialUpload.php on line 1211

Occurs when uploading SVG images. XmlTypeCheck doesn't exist in the
includes/ directory, or anywhere in the mediawiki package.
