[Bug 441538] [NEW] Kicad has no dependancy for zlib-bin

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kicad

When saving a project in kicad, minizip (included in zlib-bin) is
required. However, the Kicad 0.0.20071129a-1 package does not include a
dependancy to zlib-bin which shows as a problem on a lightweight
distribution like Xubuntu.

To reproduce:
1) Install Xubuntu 8.04
2) Install Kicad
3) Open Kicad and create a project
4) Save the project
