[Bug 440806] [NEW] [karmic] KQemu Udev rules file uses superfluous NAME="%k"

Public bug reported:

The UDev rules file of kqemu-source generates an error message at boot.
UDev warns that the only rule in the file contains a superfluous
NAME="%k" and therefore breaks kernel supplied rules. The one-line rules
file is located at /lib/udev/rules.d/60-kqemu.rules.

This also makes the boot look less prettier.

It has probably to do with the solution for bug #105933.
