While waiting for the new version to be released for Ubuntu you should
be able to work around this. I'm not using Ubuntu ATM to check, but if
it corresponds to Debian, you should be able to make it the GNOME
preferred terminal by selecting roxterm as your x-terminal-emulator with
update-alternatives and then choosing Ubuntu/Debian Terminal Emulator in
the preferred applications capplet.
