[Bug 490381] [NEW] seahorse passphrase dialog is not focused, requiring a unnecessary mouse click

I'm not sure if thisi si a seahorse bug or one of the WMs, but when I
double click in Nautilus an encrypted file and the seahorse dialog comes
up, the dialog is not focused. It's very annoying; it must have
something to do with anti focus stealing.
