This particular bug has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 479131, so it is being marked as such. 
NOTE: Check bug 489494 for additional informations about this issue. In particular, install failed due to pycentral refusing to overwrite locally installed files. But this shouldn't make removal of the package fail.
