[Bug 90554] Re: ircd-irc2 hangs boot process

The default installation in Ubuntu 9.10 (2.11.1p1+dfsg-2) still makes the boot process hang.
I have to manually exchange the skript /etc/init.d/ircd-irc2 with the one above...

I guess this fix is NOT released after all.
