Public bug reported:

Please sync r-cran-timedate 2100.86-2 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
xvfb got fixed on Sparc so we don't need to drop it there from build-depends
anymore.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 290.85-1ubuntu1:

  * Rebuilt for R 2.10.0 to work with new R-internal help file
conversion

  * debian/control: Set (Build-)Depends: to current R version
