[Bug 486151] Re: grub-pc will not install grub to the mbr of an IDE slave drive

installing using grub-install /dev/sdb  no help . when I try to boot
from that drive I get grub loading and it hangs there until I
ctrl>alt>del .no menu no nothing , check of the drive using disk-utility
shows all ok . I am going to try installing jaunty to that drive since
it uses grub-legacy and see what happens. I will report back .
