[Bug 489115] [NEW] Warm reset always perform a cold reset

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libasedrive-usb

Performing a cold reset return the good ATR but always perform a cold
reset after. Such bug, for instance, prevent from using EMV card in
countries which own mixed cards (France, Germany, ...)

This is a confirmed bug by the support of Athena, which sent me by mail
the correction. New version is attached.
