Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and help to improve
Ubuntu.

The logfile shows that you have explicitly selected grub-choose-default
for installation, which is a package specific to grub1:

Sélection du paquet grub-choose-default précédemment désélectionné.
Dépaquetage de grub-choose-default (à partir de .../grub-choose-default_0.2-6_all.deb) ...

You should reinstall the grub-pc package, restoring support for grub2 on
your system.

Reassigning this bug to grub-choose-default, which should either be
updated to support grub2 or removed from the archive.

** Package changed: grub (Ubuntu) => grub-choose-default (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: grub-choose-default (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Triaged

** Changed in: grub-choose-default (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => High

** Also affects: debirf (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New
