Re: #include in FBO.cpp - I've added it to the file upstream so it'll be
in the next release. Probably a gcc version issue.

Re: testplayer - there's an environment variable, AVG_CONSOLE_TEST,
which, if set, _should_ prevent tests that open a window from executing.
Unfortunately, it currently doesn't prevent execution of testplayer.

Re: LD_LIBRARY_PATH - I'll have a look at that when I get access to a
linux computer.

As a heads-up, I'm also planning to release ver. 1.0 this year, so we
might plan on integrating that into the next ubuntu release.
