Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager

After upgrading from Jaunty to Karmic (but also from Intrepid to
Jaunty), CompizConfig-Settings-Manager 'forgot' SOME settings. Most
settings were preserved, some were not, notably in the "Desktop Wall",
and "Static Application Switcher" plugins. The latter forgets that I
like "<Super>-<Tab>" for switching, instead of the default "<Alt>-<Tab>"
