bug has been reported to debian allready: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=420129

found bug while using dsniff to monitor network traffic, but the bug
resulted in me only seeing my own traffic and none of the rest of the
network. verified with output of tcpdump that problem is not in libpcap.
