Hi.

I made some research and the problem doesn't come from nautilus-open-terminal.
It comes from the "Preferred Applications" application.
It doesn't set correctly the "Execute Flag" when a terminal is selected from the drop down list.

For rxvt terminal, the value of the flag should be -e.

As a workaround, you can:

1. Launch the "Preferred Applications" application.
2. Select "Custom" from the list
3. Type -e as a value for the Execute flag
4. Select RXVT as the terminal from the list

nautilus-open-terminal should work just fine now :-)
