I have the exact same issue and the exact same output in terminal.
streamtuner starts out O.K., it loads my xiph playlist stations, I can even select a category and select on the "genre" column.
As soon as i press connect, I get a segmentation fault en the program just crashes. No warning or anything.
I changed the command for opening audio player from audacious to "audacious2", because that gave me trouble in Jaunty, but that did not solve the issue. Also for iterations, Streamtuner can't connect to shoutcast, but I guess that's another bug.
