Binary package hint: cryptsetup

I looked briefly through other cryptsetpu bugs (there are really quite a
few!) but it seems this is a separate bug.

For /dev/sda10 all works fine,
for /dev/sda11 and above (sda12, sda13 etc) it always says  Command failed: Can not access device

sda11, sda12 etc are valid, normal partitions.

Example:

root at lcwood:/etc/limcore/mount# cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/sda10 abc
Enter LUKS passphrase:

root at lcwood:/etc/limcore/mount# cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/sda11 abc
Command failed: Can not access device


root at lcwood:/etc/limcore/mount# blkid /dev/sda10
/dev/sda10: UUID="a3XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXa" TYPE="crypto_LUKS"
root at lcwood:/etc/limcore/mount# blkid /dev/sda11
/dev/sda11: UUID="c1XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX4" TYPE="crypto_LUKS"

It was working fine before update from 9.04 to 9.10
