[Bug 294742] Re: NetworkManager applet doesn't ask again for passwords when the connection fails

The problem no longer occurs in Karmic.  The NM applet prompts for the
VPN password at each connect attempt (if the password is not saved).

I'm going to close this as invalid since I have no details on the fix.
