[Bug 484939] [NEW] Tries to access suspicious URI at www.foresight.gov.uk

I started vlc from a terminal. After enabling the pre-fetching of CD
artwork etc. I played an audio CD.

The following messages are displayed. I was suspicious the URL reported
because it is a UK government site and the path to the file (which
generates a 404 anyhow):
